Time makes you bolder, even children get older and I'm getting older too

Another post of old photos I found from 2021... These photos were taken at Geelong Beach on a cold day. I wore my patchwork leather skirt which I remember being delighted at finding in an opshop. This Afghan style coat was a favourite of mine and I used to wear it all the time.

My mum and I explored the botanic gardens and strolled along the beach, enjoyed seafood pasta for lunch, rode a beautiful yellow carousel and a towering ferris wheel, and even took a train ride! I’m amazed we fit it all into one day!

I love how silly and sassy I was in these photos.

At times, gazing up at towering trees or the vastness of the stars makes us acutely aware of just how small we are. It's a reminder to enjoy life and not take it so seriously.

What lessons do you learn when you look back on old photos?
