The sweetest dream would never do
I had a beautiful birthday this year. I spent time with my loved ones, moments I treasure. I took a flexi day off work and my mum took me to lunch at our new favourite cafe The Glass Den . We both ordered truffled mushrooms on toasted focaccia topped with creamy burrata and a swirl of herb oil! It tasted delicious and I enjoyed every bite. So enjoyable that my mum and I decided to go to the supermarket and buy all the ingredients to make the same thing for dinner! How funny is that! After lunch, we wandered around the Coburg Lake Park and admired the trees and lake. I wore my 100% wool dress under my sunflower Afghan coat to keep me warm.
