Hello! How has your week in isolation been? I've continued working from home 5 days a week and am getting more comfortable about having to teach my students through online classes. As soon as the working day is done, I've been eager to get out in the sunshine and go for a walk. Working from home means that I need to make quick meals in the breaks I give myself. I've been living on bread, cheese and vegetables - yum! This sparkling grapejuice and lettuce from the garden brightened up my lunch. On the weekends, I've tended to my plants and gone on walks to the valley. I'm so excited that my lettuce, broad beans and sunflowers are growing. I'm determined to have my own sunflower field.
