When you're on a holiday, you can't find the words to say

Day 5 in Eden was a slow, relaxing day that consisted of swimming, feeding the parakeets again and making a Neapolitan Christmas dessert called struffolui that my mum likes to make each year, made of fried balls of dough covered in a honey and sugar syrup. Day 6 of our holiday began at 10.30am because I had a big sleep in! My sister wanted to visit Stella's Vintage Tea Room in Pambula, so my family and I went there for breakfast. The shelves were lined with beautiful, colourful vintage china. I had organic hot chocolate and a vanilla slice, how decadent! I even flicked through a vintage children's book. Who knew Mickey and Minnie had children? Then we returned to the collectables shop that we'd visited a few days earlier. I admired the humble pie artwork again and the handmade hats and spotted another Micky and Minnie artwork. A few doors down, a woman was selling her artwork, including this mushroom statue surprisingly made of a plastic bottle and meat tray! We spent the

Day 4 of our Eden holiday began with three rainbow lorikeets greeting us and landing on my mum's hand to eat some panettone, of all things! My family and I had a lazy morning, where I did lots of embroidery. I embroidered three large poppies on a lilac, cotton bag which I'll use to carry shopping/groceries. For lunch, my family and I went to the Great Southern Hotel Inn. My mum and I enjoyed a delicious rump steak with mushroom sauce, vegetables and roast potatoes. It was so tasty and I looked forward to returning. After lunch, we drove around the wharf and lookout and admired  the beautiful, blue water.   The afternoon was spent relaxing, journaling, eating ice-cream and seeing more rainbow parakeets as they returned for an afternoon snack! I hope you don't get sick of seeing my same sunglasses, straw bag and sandals in my holiday posts. I only packed two small bags and tried to choose items that I love that also go with my dresses! My family and I spent day 3 of our Eden holiday in sunny Merimbula. First we stopped off at a town called Pambula to browse the shops. My sister and I loved a collectable curios store filled with expensive but beautiful clothing, jewellery and antiques.  We loved the artwork displayed around the store, especially the humble pie heart. We were also fascinated by the handmade hat corner, with its wooden hat moulds. For lunch, we ate at one of our favourite spots, Merimbula Wharf restaurant. I so enjoyed my seafood linguine.   There was also gnocchi and calamari for entree and creme brulee and panna cotta for dessert, which we all shared. The views from the wharf were stunning. I got so many compliments on my dress. Red must be everyone's favourite colour. Outfit details: Dress: Best & Less. Cherry straw bag and sunglasses: Market. Very comfy sandals: Diana Ferrari. My mum tripped on one of the wooden beams, nearly falling into the water which made me giggle for a good five minute
