When you're sitting there, in your silk upholstered chair
A little while ago, my family and I were invited to a very fancy 1st birthday at Crown Conservatory in the city. As it was a weekday, my sister and dad couldn't attend because they were at work. My mum and I were very happy to dress up and go. I hadn't been to Crown before but had heard the food was delicious so we were excited to go. It's time to pull out this vintage dress! I thought. I bought it last year at a market for $10 and the seller told me that she'd bought it in her home country New Zealand. She even remembered the exact year she acquired it - 1977. I think she bought it for her formal or some other occasion. Though my memory fails me, I was thrilled to hear the back story.
