It's just another day
Another day out in Daylesford began with a walk around Lake Jubilee. It's so pretty and peaceful there, I love looking out to the water.
There were some beautiful purple flowers and yellow wattle out in bloom, brightening up a grey day. For the occasion, I wore a rust coloured turtleneck and velvet skirt with tan leather boots and bag to match. Over the top, I threw on my gorgeous poncho.
This duck was so adorable sleeping under a tree.
For lunch, we returned to our old, trusty favourite The Convent. I tried something different for once and had a homemade beef pie with mash potato and vegetables. It was delicious!
This gorgeous painting hung above my head. Doesn't it evoke a giggle or smile?
The final highlight of the day was visiting this daffodil field on a side road.
Across the day, I happily picked some flowers and here is what I headed home with.
