We could make a good thing bad
A little while ago, my mum and I went to Yarra Glen, a town full of wineries. We arrivered there early and didn't want to eat lunch straight away so we stopped off at our favourite chocolate factory for a hot chocolate and mum wanted some scones.
I enjoyed looking at the chocolate factory workers who made the chocolate onsite. I took a photo of raspberry lollies being covered in chocolate.
My mum had previously visited the winery we went to that day and had absolutely loved the gnocchi but we were disappointed by the food this time around. Isn't that annoying when you eat out and it's amazing but them when you revisit, it's not? Nevertheless the gnocchi made for a nice photo.
The vineyard views were beautiful as well!
Overall it was a beautiful day out and I can't wait for the Easter holidays where I can spend more time with my loved ones and have some more days out. I'd love to visit the chocolate factory again.
That's it for me today, I hope you're having a lovely weekend.

Title: Look At Us Now (Honeycomb) by Daisy Jones & The Six.
Side note: Has anyone else started watching Daisy Jones & The Six? My sister and I have watched the first two episodes and we're loving it. I'm also mid-way through the book. I'm trying to finish the book before I continue with the episodes.
Sounds like a wonderful day out, even if the food was a bit disappointing.
ReplyDeleteYou and your Mum were both dressed fabulously as usual!
Oh, and can you send over some of that sunshine? The weather has been truly atrocious here lately! xxx
Thank you lovely. Sending you sunshine. It was a bit sunny today but freezing in the morning, you don't mind that do you? Hehe. X
DeleteWhat a lovely day! You and your mum looked so pretty and summery! I've never been to a winery, I think I'd probably overdo it and have to be carried out! xxx
ReplyDeletePS Binge watched Daisy Jones last week. I'm in love with Camila's wardrobe! x
